Welcome to ModeBiBi! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website and services.
1. Services Provided
ModeBiBi specializes in:
- Custom clothing, including African and Caribbean-inspired designs.
- Alterations for men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing.
- Wedding attire design and tailoring.
- Sewing lessons (online and in-person).
- Sale of fabrics, garments, fashion bags, and accessories.
2. Appointments
- By Appointment Only: All services, including fittings and consultations, are provided on an appointment basis.
- Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone, text, email, or through our website.
- Cancellation Policy: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Orders and Payments
- Custom Orders: All custom clothing orders require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.
- Alterations: Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.
4. Measurements and Fittings
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. ModeBiBi will provide guidance, but we are not liable for inaccuracies caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
- Alterations and fittings may require additional charges if measurements or designs are adjusted after the initial order.
5. Product Sales
- All sales of fabrics, garments, and accessories are final unless a defect is reported within 7 days of purchase.
- ModeBiBi is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, washing, or handling of products after purchase.
6. Sewing Lessons
- Lessons are provided in person or online and must be booked in advance.
- Payment for lessons is due at the time of booking.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of ModeBiBi.
- Clients may not reproduce or redistribute our designs without prior written consent.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using ModeBiBi, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
- ModeBiBi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by delays, inaccuracies, or defects in our services or products.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
11. Changes to These Terms
ModeBiBi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately.
